Dr. Priyank takes genuine interest to learn about the history and then diagnose the treatment. While in today’s day and age we all look for quick results but Dr. Priyank ensures that while the process may take time the cure should be permanent.

I had a ligament tear in my wrist and after surgery, I was recommended to meet Dr Priyank for physio in recovering my absolute stiff wrist.

She was very warm and receptive and would make the exercises and the reason behind them clear, helped me push myself, and gave progressions along with taking photos and videos so I could see myself getting better with time.

She also gave exercises I could do at home so that I didn’t have to spend a lot of time and effort traveling.

What was amazing is that not only did my wrist get better than it ever was in all the years, but she also recognised the connecting weak point in my shoulders which was part of the reason behind my injury in the first place.

Before the surgery and physio I was able to do 55 kg of military press for 5 reps.

After physio, for the first time I was able to push to 65 kgs of military press.

Before physio I was able to do 20 kgs of weighted pull ups and even that would hurt at times.

Right now I did 35 kgs of weighted pull ups effortlessly.

She was flexible with timings to accommodate my college and work schedule.

I have seen her read books, attend courses and continuously learn.

There were times where I would skip days because of personal issues but she never judged and was still understanding and supportive and equally enthusiastic.

As a patient, if you are willing to put in the work Dr Priyank is easily worth and one of the most valuable out of your resources worth.

I recommend her to my other athlete and fitness friends as well and Dr Priyank is my go to physio to recommend.

I reached out to Dr. Priyank Golchha when I started getting a lot of pain around both my knee joint. Orthos diagnosed it as early stages of arthritis. Dr. Priyank was the only doctor among many I went to who actually took the effort to explain my MRI report in detail to me. her knowledge on pain management, working of each and every muscle group is excellent. She is patient yet strict in the right proportion. My arthritic pain was induced due to stressful stair climbing. With the set of exercises shown by Dr. Priyank I am completed healed. I would definitely recommend her services.

Dr. Priyank is a well-experienced physiotherapist and has a warm personality. Her approach to treatment is quite methodical. She listens to you patiently, understands the problem quickly, goes to the core of the injury, and provides the correct treatment. The therapy is effective and easy to do - the exercises suggested can be done at home and are very efficient.

I got a shoulder injury while playing badminton. I started playing badminton after many years, and this sudden exertion resulted in tissue injury. Dr. Priyank not only treated this in just a few days, but she also suggested some unique exercises to strengthen the shoulder and the muscles around it. The injury never relapsed even after four months now, and I am playing better badminton due to the strength I got through the exercises.
